Let Cinapse And JOHN WICK Blow Your Faces Off! Free Advanced Austin Screenings

Flat out, John Wick was the most fun film I caught at Fantastic Fest 2014. You can read my [praise-filled] thoughts on it here and even check out my interview with Keanu Reeves and the films’ directors, Chad Stahelski and David Leitch, themselves veteran stuntmen and second unit directors. John Wick is Stahelski and Leitch’s debut feature, and their action roots shine through in one of the year’s greatest American action films. But don’t take my word for it, see it for yourself, early… and for free!

Here are the details:

WHAT: 2 Advanced promotional screenings of John Wick in Austin, TX

WHEN: Both screenings are on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014 at 7:30pm, but you’ll need to arrive quite early.

WHERE:

Screening #1: Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar (1120 South Lamar
 Austin, TX 78704)

Screening #2: Alamo Drafthouse Lakeline (14028 N. U.S. Highway 183, Building F
 Austin, TX 78717)

WHO: 20 passes are available at each screening to Cinapse readers. Each pass allows for 2 entrants; however, pass does NOT guarantee entry (see below).

For the South Lamar Screening, Follow this link to Lionsgate (you will need to log in or create a free account to claim passes).

Use code if prompted: CINAPSE

Print passes and bring them with you to the screening.

For the Lakeline Screening, Follow this link to Lionsgate (you will need to log in or create a free account to claim passes).

Use Cinapse code if prompted: JWCINAPSE

Print passes and bring them with you to the screening.

Once the passes are gone, they are gone. And PLEASE note that entrance is not guaranteed. They will overbook this screening so plan to arrive EARLY with your passes in hand, and plan to wait in line, to secure your seats. Please also note that no cell phones are allowed in the theater. If you bring a phone, you will be asked to check it with security.

I personally sought out this opportunity to provide passes to Cinapse readers to see this film because I had an absolute blast with it, and hope others will get a chance to discover this remarkably smooth action film in a darkened theater, surrounded by action film fans… the way Neo intended it to be.

And I’m Out.
