Ed Guests On THE GOLDEN BRIEFCASE PODCAST & Discusses Cinema’s Great Hotels

About a year and a half ago now I decided it was time to wrap my luddite brain around podcasts. I didn’t know how to listen to them or where to start. Like I said… luddite. But when I took to Twitter to ask about what the best film podcasts were to listen to, one of the very first responses I got was “The Golden Briefcase“. I downloaded the show through the Apple Podcast App and have pretty much listened to every episode since then.

For the record, I’ve become an avid podcast listener and a few other great film podcasts that I highly recommend and would love to write about sometime include The /Film Cast, The Broken Projector Podcast, and We Hate Movies. Check those all out if you haven’t yet, and let me in on any other great shows I might be missing out on.

But the guys at The Golden Briefcase (Tim Buel and Jeremy Kirk) were gracious enough to have me on as a guest for this week’s episode! They typically do a “grill the guest” section with new guests so I was properly grilled. We then go on to talk about our various picks of the week and the main discussion centers around hotels and motels in movies in honor of the release of The Grand Budapest Hotel.

So, without further ado, I encourage you to check out The Golden Briefcase as a whole, download the show, but at the very least check out this week’s episode featuring yours truly.

And I’m Out.
